Acceptable documents include Indonesian national identity cards (KTP), passports, driving licenses, and utility bills. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
asu138 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification will have their Account immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are advised to implement appropriate parental controls on devices used by minors to prevent unauthorized access to online gaming platforms.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify asu138 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. asu138 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
asu138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent fraud, identity theft, and underage gaming. You may be required to submit the following documents:
Verification documents must be submitted within 72 hours of first deposit or upon request by asu138. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe will result in Account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
asu138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). E-wallet deposits are accepted from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and match the name on your asu138 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction may be subject to additional verification procedures for anti-money laundering compliance. Deposit processing times vary by payment method but are typically instantaneous for bank transfers and e-wallets.
asu138 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.
All transactions on the asu138 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and currency conversion fees may apply.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 10 minutes during Indonesian Western Time (WIB) business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may require additional processing time for enhanced security verification.
asu138 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees or transaction charges, which are beyond our control and for which we accept no responsibility.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, all deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This means that if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to all Players and exists to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities.
asu138 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that a Rp 100,000 bonus must be wagered 30 times (Rp 3,000,000 total) before withdrawal is permitted. asu138 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, using betting systems designed solely to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. Our decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and binding.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and removed from your Account.

asu138 is not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or failures in the provision of Services caused by technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor errors, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We make no warranties or representations regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or Services is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. In no event shall asu138's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content displayed on the asu138 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of asu138 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
The asu138 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of asu138. Use of these trademarks without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with asu138 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation with asu138 customer support. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.
